Inside the work:

Have a look at some of my clients’ stories - maybe you will recognize yourself in one of them.

Every transformation is different.
There are no two same people, nor experiences.

Sometimes, two people coming with the same challenge may need completely different approaches.

It’s always about following your unique blueprint to activate what’s best in you and help you reach it in the easiest, most natural and aligned way.

Last year, a creative founder working closely with 7-figure entrepreneurs came to me wanting to scale but without clarity on how.

On the surface, everything looked right.
He was doing what he was “supposed to do” strategically but the results weren’t there.

No growth in exposure.

No movement toward his next level of income.

What was actually happening was more subtle.

You may think it was just DOUBT, but it showed up as constant postponing, lack of focus, and energy spent on the wrong things.

There was a lot of self-sabotage and confusion.

What he needed wasn’t more strategy.
It was clarity.

When I connected with his field, what I saw was very clear:

No real blockages.

No resistance.

Just thousands of people already within reach waiting for him to be seen.

The guidance was simple:

Commit.
Be consistent with content.
Stop following other people’s structures.
Create freely - from his thoughts, his journey, his perspective.

Because that’s what people were actually waiting for.

Authenticity.

We aligned his actions with where his energy was already flowing naturally.

That’s all.

The result?

A deep sense of relief and clarity he had been looking for months.
And growth from 1.5K to 120K followers in 6 weeks.

All it took was one conversation and aligned action.

If this feels familiar, this is exactly the kind of shift we create in a session.

A beauty business founder came to me while already running a successful company,
but struggling with her team and business relationships.

She was constantly dealing with unreliable people, unqualified hires, and partnerships that required more from her than they gave.

Instead of scaling, she found herself needing to be more involved again -
just to maintain the standard of her brand.

At the core, the issue wasn’t business.

It was relational.

There was a deeper pattern:

“I’ve always needed to be there for everyone.”

This showed up everywhere -
in her team, in her partnerships, and in her personal life.

She was attracting people who depended on her,
drained her energy, and kept her in constant responsibility.

Our work began with clarity session but went way deeper.

We started working on a root of that pattern - her early relationship with her mother,
where she had learned to support physically and carry emotional responsibility from a very young age.

From there, we moved into releasing attachment to her long-term partner - someone she has tried to let go of for years, but couldn't .

He was energetically draining and holding her back.

We focused on:

  • closing energetic leaks
  • releasing the pattern of over-giving
  • teaching her nervous system to feel safe holding her own energy

This created a massive shift.

Instead of her energy constantly flowing outward,
it began to stay with her -and be directed more consciously.

She became, in her own words, “a magnet to more money.”

Within 2-months of ongoing work:

-she left the relationship that had been draining her for years

- her income increased 3x within 4 weeks after that shift

- and she broke out of the pattern that had been keeping her in exhaustion and unhappiness

She started feeling more relaxed in her body.
She even told me she was finding more happiness in her daily life, which made her want to show up more for her son.

And most importantly - she said she hadn’t felt this level of fulfillment in a long time,
after years of overworking.

As you can see, constant exhaustion isn’t always “just part of being an entrepreneur.”

Sometimes, it comes from internal patterns and nervous system wiring
that keep you giving more than you should.

If this feels familiar, let's look at what's behind your exhaustion .

I once worked with a highly talented CEO running a marketing agency, delivering strong results for his clients and already making multiple six figures.

I remember, when we first met and I told him what I do, he immediately said,
“I need to hire you.”

There was a sense of relief in him.

On the outside, everything looked good.

But, as it turned out, internally, he was collapsing.

His energy was unstable - massive highs and lows, which started reflecting in his finances as well.

He was excellent at building connections and closing deals,
but when it came to the operational side -weeks of analysis and optimization - he was completely drained.

His challenge wasn’t capability.

It was misalignment.

He wasn’t operating according to his natural blueprint.

He was meant to build systems, create relationships, and scale -
not sustain everything through constant execution.

When I told him this, he smiled and said,
“Klaudia, you’re so right.”

That’s when we knew we had identified the root cause.

But energetically, there was more.

What I saw was a deep pattern of loyalty to his ancestry -
a belief rooted in working long hours for little return.

No matter how much he tried to build a team,
he would unconsciously recreate the same dynamic:

Excitement.
Exhaustion.
Carrying too much.

Not because his team was unreliable, but because he was closing bigger deals than he had the capacity to handle.

So, our work focused on releasing this pattern from multiple angles,
and restructuring his role in the business.

We shifted his focus fully into his zone of genius -
and redistributed the rest of the work to his co-founders,
so everyone could operate where their energy naturally expands.

What's interesting is that his working hours didn’t change.

But his responsibilities did.

And with that shift, everything opened.

For the first time, he had the energy and space
to actually step into the opportunities that had been waiting for him.

His work started giving him more fuel, motivation rather than pressure and exhaustion .

He raised his prices and began scaling his business with ease
bringing in new high-level contracts
and operating from a completely different level.

As you can see, working from passion can either expand you or unintentionally drain you.

That’s why understanding your unique blueprint of excellence is key to reaching your full potential in life and business.

Because when you’re aligned, you move with clarity,
instead of scattering your energy in places where it doesn’t multiply.

If you’re interested to explore your zone of genius and move your business to the next level,
this is exactly what we do in a clarity session.
